CoLang 2022 Registration is now open. Follow this link to the online registration form. 

All attendees, including participants, volunteers, organizers, workshop facilitators, workshop assistants, 90-minute session presenters, and Steps/Models/Plenary talk presenters, need to register. 

• Please register as ‘staff’ if you are a volunteer, organizer, workshop facilitator, workshop assistant, 90-minute session presenter, and/or Steps/Models/Plenary talk presenter.
• Please contact us at colang2022@gmail.com if you have any questions about registration options. FYI, Once you create a profile, you can log back in and change answers if needed.
• The Griz Card is a required option for all CoLang attendees. It serves as your campus ID and provides access to your dormitory and other campus facilities. If you have questions about this required fee, please direct your inquiry to colang2022@gmail.com.

The deadline for regular participant registration is April 15 April 25.  Late registration will close on May 15.    Registering after 4/25 incurs a $200 fee. Late registration is now closed. Additionally, we must also state that those who registered on 4/25 will not be guaranteed participation at CoLang 2022. Registrations that come in after our participant capacity is reached will be refunded in full.

We must officially, and finally, close registration for CoLang 2022. This means there will be no late registration. We are truly sorry to report that we will also need to decline some registrations; they will be refunded in full. (See announcements)

Cancellation Policy

• We recommend trip insurance to cover your travel
  • *Please keep in mind if you are traveling on grant funds, you may not be able to recover the cost of trip insurance. This varies from grant to grant.
• We recommend to pay for CoLang 2022 with a card for ease of transaction/refund processes

• If you choose to cancel your participation at CoLang…
  • before May 15, 2022, you will be refunded 100% of money paid through registration
  • after May 15, 2022, you will be refunded 75% of money paid through registration
    • This is to cover the costs incurred by the coordination of registrants’ arrangements
• If we, the directors of CoLang 2022, cancel CoLang 2022, you will be refunded 100% of money paid through registration
