Imagine everyone having equal access, understanding how to participate locally, and knowing how that participation contributes to national impact.

Imagine everyone treating every person they encounter in a way that nurtures a healthy democracy and encourages pluralism.

INVITATION 2

Practice what would make all that you imagine possible.

Practice listening.

Practice respect.

Practice curiosity and generosity and participation.

Practice whatever allows you, in every room today, to value difference and what it has to offer you, the conversation and the community.

Practice defining success as the quality of everyone’s experience today, not just your own.
