In summers 2014, 2015, and 2016, IRSE hosted recent Native high school graduates for three weeks of UM college-prep instruction in mathematics, writing, and study skills.  Funded by Idea Network for Biomedical Research (INBRE), the summer program proved successful in not only academic skill building required for college success, but also easing the transition from high school to college that many Native students experience.
