  • Promote Bias Response Team for student reporting
  • Evaluate and define, as appropriate, relationships between various entities on campus who receive grievance and discrimination reports
  • Identify and establish training opportunities for staff who receive and/or respond to grievance and discrimination reports throughout the year
  • Launch a substantive sexual harassment training for all UM employees
  • Evaluate and update UM’s Discrimination, Harassment, & Retaliation Policy and accompanied Grievance Procedures pursuant to forthcoming Department of Education regulations
  • Establish the Office of Conflict, Resolution, & Policy, and applicable resolution options
