DIS Case Management Request
Do you have a case you would like to submit? The submission of cases for presentation and discussion or consultation is a key component in the Project ECHO model and critically important for knowledge building and sharing. We welcome you to submit any of your communicable disease cases. You will receive input and recommendations from your peers and subject matter experts. There is something to learn from every case!
Please fill out the DIS case submission form. Every section does not need to be complete. Any questions you have contact Hannah.Tougas@mso.umt.edu.
