Committee Details

Members are Staff Senators and any staff member from UM who wishes to participate.
Main Responsibilities: Solicits funds for UM Staff members’ dependent’s scholarships; advertises the scholarship; follows established criteria and guidelines for awarding the scholarship.
Consideration as a responsibility next year: Selects the winners of the Excellence in Job Performance Award and the Campus Interaction and Meritorious Job Performance Award as well as the nominees for the Board of Regents’ Award for Excellence in University System Citizenship.
