Personal Summary

I believe in taking a collaborative approach with clients and seek to create a safe and welcoming space that honors one’s cultural values, identities, and goals. I have experience helping students to address struggles with depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress/burnout, sleep, body image, family dynamics, and relationships.       

Within my work, I use a combination of approaches to meet you where you are while supporting your growth and exploration, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.    

I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
