Our Community Partners

Partnership and community are central values at the DART Lab. We welcome the opportunity to serve as thought partners.

Currently, we collaborate with:

  • Schools and school districts on grant applications and program evaluations related to substance abuse prevention, adolescent mental health improvement, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Leading experts in neurobiology, epigenetics, adverse childhood experiences and resilience (NEAR) science to advance community and professional knowledge and skills, and advocate for innovative public funding strategies aimed at addressing the impacts of adverse childhood experiences
  • Communities to develop strategies and programming that interrupts progression of adversity into costly services systems and reduces future demand
  • Montana’s academic health department and public agencies to address issues of being unhoused, including pathways to becoming unhoused, prevention strategies, and community action
