Dr. Bar-el Featured in Swedish University Magazine

Leora Bar-el, a Linguistics Program Professor with UM’s Department of Anthropology, is on sabbatical this academic year at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, where she is the Torgny Segerstedt Foundation Visiting Professor. Her work to preserve language diversity and Native languages was featured in the University of Gothenburg’s GU Journal in an article titled “Preserving Linguistic Diversity.”
