In Usability Testing, one user at a time is asked to perform a particular task, or set of tasks, assigned to them by the tester. It is important to note that the test is not to determine the skill level of the person being tested, but rather the usability of the website or web application. If the tester is unable to easily accomplish the set task, it is a sign that the problem is with the website or application, not the tester.
