Hobbies

I collect Mt. St. Helens ash from the eruption on May 18, 1980 and Mt. Mazama ash from 7682–7584 cal. yr BP in historic-era Mason jars, some solarized, others cobalt blue.  I am researching beverage cans and pull tab types. With my scintillometer, I test Depression-era Uranium glass, and other color variants for their Gauss values.  I have some 78 RPM records, but I am more interested in Edison cylinders.  I have had a life-long relationship with my books. Do not get between me and my books.  I feel practically the same about my maps and lithic raw material hand samples.  I have been following the German Industrial band Einstuerzende Neubauten for 30 years. I am a dovotee of Sunn O))). I am a member of the Melvins Army.  I am queer like a $3 bill.
