Field of Study

My thesis focuses on late 19^th- to early 20^th- century daily life by examining female prostitution in Missoula’s early red-light district. I employ historical archaeology methods and a feminist theoretical perspective to my research to explore intersections of gender, class, ethnicity, and age.
