Here at the University of Montana, your success is our priority! UM is dedicated to providing Native American Students with support services and programs that enhance students' academic and personal success in a culturally appropriate way. UM fosters a strong legacy of academic and support services for Native American students. Each of the following services can assist you with housing and health, to disability services and on-campus dining. UM provides services and facilities that support students, promote learning, and encourage personal growth. 

TRIO Student Support Services - (406) 243-5032

Academic advising, tutoring, career advising, financial education, book loan program, and workshops. Students who participate in the program come from every academic department and major on campus. To participate in the program, students must meet eligibility guidelines that are based on household income, parent's education, or student disability.

Financial Education Program - (406) 243-6016

Empowering the UM community to make informed financial choices and take action to improve their present and long-term financial well-being. In a recent ranking of the top 50 Financial Literacy Programs in the US, The UM Financial Education Program was listed at #4 in the Nation surpassing Yale, Ohio State, UCLA and Harvard! 

Curry Health Center - (406) 243-2122

Curry Health Center provides quality, affordable, accessible health care for students at the University of Montana. We promote a healthy campus by treating students with dignity and respect and through collaborating and sharing our expertise with others. They provide Counseling services, Dental and Medical Services, and a Wellness program which helps develop healthy behaviors like safe partying, healthy sexuality, safer sex, stress management,  exercise and healthy eating.

Residence Life - (406) 243-2611

Residence Life provides safe, clean, healthy, and affordable living and learning facilities that fosters an inclusive community living environment for students, staff, faculty, and guests. Residence Life provides housing both on campus and off-campus. UM offers nine different residence hall options and two off-campus locations at the University Villages and Lewis & Clark Village.

Off-Campus Renter Center - (406) 243-2071

The Off-Campus Renter Center offers UM students one-on-one meetings, and outreach events to empower students to assert their rights, encourage neighborhood relations, advocate for student renting rights policy, and assist students with the rental process.

ASUM Childcare - (406) 243-2542

The Associated Students of the University of Montana Child Care, Preschool and Family Resources offers affordable, quality care for your child while you attend the University of Montana.

Career Services - (406) 243-2022

Career Services assists students in taking a proactive role in planning the course of their college careers, through a thoughtful process of setting realistic academic and career goals, participating in out-of-classroom activities, and being involved in experiential opportunities. Career Services offers career counseling, student empowerment, career fairs, Ask-an-Alum, career assessments, testing services, and Peace Corps.

Disability Services for Students - (406) 243-2243

Disability Services for Students ensures that programs of the University of Montana are as accessible and usable by students with disabilities as they are for any student. We determine the student's eligibility to request reasonable modifications and coordinate modifications for those who are registered with our office.
