The University of Montana is dedicated to ensuring that digital and information technology is accessible and effective. This section is specifically designed to offer guidelines and requirements for university faculty, staff, and students in order to ensure digital accessibility.
Procurement
All electronic and information technology purchased by the University must be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Accessible technologies
Accessible technology is used by people with a wide range of abilities and disabilities. When technology has been developed with accessibility in mind, incorporating the principles of universal design, all users are able to interact with the technology in the ways that work best for them.
