Attention Blackboard Users

Blackboard is offline for backup and maintenance during the following times:

  • Back-up: Monday through Saturday, 3:00 am - 4:30 am
  • Back-up: Sunday, 3:00 am - 8:00 am (new time)
  • Maintenance: Wednesday, 5:00 am - 7:00 am

Known Issues in Blackboard

Browser: Internet Explorer 8.0 Submit/save button hidden by timer while taking timed tests. Set your browser to Compatibility View.
Browser: Firefox 3.5 Unable to upload documents. Error: "Please enter a valid file." Issue Resolved
Logout button If you are logged on as a NetID user, Blackboard’s Logout button will not log you out of the system. Close all browsers.
Discussion Board Unable to view discussion board forum threads while using the List View (upper right corner of the discussion board forum). Use the Tree View.
