In accordance with federal guidelines, applicants must be:

• U.S. citizens or permanent residents
• between 13 and 19 years old
• aspiring first-generation college students and/or from an income-qualifying household
• current students (or incoming students) at either Big Sky, Browning, Hellgate, Heart Butte, or Sentinel High Schools
