A two part seminar that starts with empowering content from Campus Relations Officer Casey Gunter and ends with self-defense lessons for women hosted by Mary Holms, a sixth degree Black Belt and Missoula American Kenpo Karate expert!
FREE! The seminar will be held from 6:00-9:00 p.m. each day Monday, May 6th through Friday, May 10th. Please meet on the 3rd Floor of the University Center Theatre. The same material is covered each evening, so it is only necessary to attend one session.
Content is specifically tailored to women graduating from high school, but is useful for parents, professionals, and women of all ages.
