The University of Montana –Missoula supports a Retirees’ Association. Membership in the Association is open to all faculty, staff, and administrator retirees of The University of Montana-Missoula, their spouses/partners and spouses/partners of deceased retirees (see Human Resource Services’ definition of retirees). Retired employees of affiliated units may also apply to participate in the organization. The purpose of the Retirees’ Association is to provide all UM retirees the opportunity to remain actively engaged with the University community through a variety of specially designed activities and events as well as service opportunities. The Association will support the involvement of retirees as dynamic participants in campus life and learning. The structure and administration of the Association is determined by the membership in collaboration with the University.
