Mission Statement Delta Gamma offers to women of all ages a rich heritage based on principles of personal integrity, personal responsibility and intellectual honesty. Its primary purpose is to foster high ideals of friendship, promote educational and cultural interests, create a true sense of social responsibility, and develop the finest qualities of character. Delta Gamma is among the oldest of women's fraternities. Since its founding, Delta Gamma has nurtured a fraternal pride which ensures the strength and progress of the Fraternity for the present generation of members and for those to come. More than 150,000 members have been initiated at a rate of about 5,000 each year. Delta Gamma is established on nearly 140 campuses across the United States and Canada.

Letter from the President Being a DG at the University of Montana has been an amazing experience for me. Delta Gamma offers the opportunity to become involved; from philanthropies and volunteer opportunities to academic enrichment programs, sisterhood activities, and campus involvement, we keep ourselves busy. Pi Chapter presents opportunities to our members in scholarship, leadership, friendship, and fun. As we say in Delta Gamma, we strive to “Do Good” in all facets of life. In addition to our rich history and excellent reputation on campus, we are fortunate to have a strong alumnae support group and networking opportunities throughout Missoula and the nation. My college experience would not be the same without Delta Gamma. Pi Chapter is my home away from home and my sisters have provided me the support and encouragement necessary to excel in many different endeavors throughout college. I cannot imagine college without Delta Gamma and I would encourage anyone to explore the opportunities Greek Life has to offer at the University of Montana.
