Opera Theater

The UM Opera Theater is a lively and dynamic ensemble. Develop your performing skills and your understanding of technical theater in full operas, musicals and scenes programs. Our production of Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro won a National Opera Association Award for Best Opera Production!
 
Other recent productions include Puccini's Suor Angelica and Gianni Schicchi, Guys & Dolls, The Magic Flute, Urinetown, Die Fledermaus, and Evita. In addition to full productions, scenes programs are done with sets and costumes, accompanied by piano.
