The Defense Critical Language/Culture Program (DCLCP) at the Mansfield Center will develop and teach short, intensive critical languages –Dari, Pashto, Urdu, Korean, and Chinese – and Strategic Culture programs to US military and USG employees developing various levels of language skills and preparing for onward assignments to designated host nations.
