Who is required to complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure form?

All university employees (.5 FTE or greater) are required to complete an annual disclosure of all actual and potential conflicts of interest. *All employees, regardless of FTE, are required to comply with the Conlict of Interest polices: UM Policy #410, Conflict of Interest & Financial Disclosure and MUS Board of Regents Policy #770, Conflicts of Interest.

When are employees required to complete their annual conflict of interst disclosure form?

Each academic year employees may complete an online disclosure form beginning April 1st with all online disclosure forms due no later than September 30th.

How do employees complete their online annual conflict of interest disclosure form?

  1. Sign into Cyberbear with your NETID and password.
  2. Click on Employee.
  3. Click on Annual Renewal Forms.
  4. Click on Conflict of Interest and follow directions.

What are the published revised Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) regulations?
