Wireless Configuration Instructions for WPA2 Enterprise

General Instructions

It is highly recommended that you run the latest updates on your computer as well as for your wireless card before you configure WPA2 Enterprise to assure successful results. Here are some suggestions:

• Mac users - Run Software Update. This will update the operating system as well as the wireless card drivers.
• Windows users - Run Windows updates
  • Windows Update for Vista - Verify that SP1 is installed as well as critical patches
  • Windows Update for XP
• Windows users may also choose to update their laptop wireless cards by accessing the laptop manufacturer's website and installing the most recent drivers.
