The University of Montana Vehicle Use Policy requires that all individuals who will be driving large passenger vehicles UM owned or other rentals must complete the Driver Safety for Campuses Course or hold a current CDL with a passenger endorsement. |

| IT SHORT COURSES |
The Information Technology Short Course classes are provided free of charge to all faculty, staff, and students. Classes vary, but generally occur during the work week and are generally one – two hours in length. |
| PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR TRAINING |
This training is mandatory for Montana University System (MUS) researchers who anticipate submitting applications for a grant. Topics include pre- and post-award grant management, intellectual property, and conflict of interest and misconduct in science compliance. |
| RISK MANAGEMENT- REDUCING RISK EXPOSURE IN CONTRACTS |
The State Risk Management and Tort Defense Division will be offering a new 3 hour class on managing contractual risks. The course includes information on the basics of contractual risk transfer, developing appropriate hold harmless provisions, writing accurate, concise and relevant insurance specifications, and much more.
