POST EMPLOYMENT

All employees (faculty, staff, and administrators) who leave the University for any reason are asked to complete a Post-Exit Questionnaire in order to gather important information regarding their experiences at the University.

The Post-Exit Questionnaire has been revised to make it more useful and has been placed on-line for ease in completion and summarizing results. We ask your assistance in directing departing faculty and staff to the HRS web site when you first become aware that they will be leaving the University’s employment.
