GrizTix acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets. When you purchase a ticket for an event, GrizTix will be handling the transaction and collecting payment on behalf of the Event Provider.
At a promoter's request, GrizTix may limit the number of tickets a customer or household is allowed to purchase on the "on-sale" day. If a show has a ticket limit, it will be noted on the event page. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by GrizTix at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information. The second day and subsequent days a show is on-sale, no ticket limits shall apply.
Pricing and Availability
GrizTix.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands, etc., which means GrizTix.com does not set the ticket prices, discounts, groups rates, presales or determine seating locations and price breakdowns. Tickets are sold through several distribution points, including online at GrizTix.com, Adams Center phones, Adams Center Box Office and various GrizTix Outlets. Unless specified otherwise by the show's promoter, all distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, GrizTix does not control this inventory or its availability.
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, your order is not complete. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. When your order is fully completed, GrizTix sends an e-mail confirmation to you.
