On May 23, 2013, The University of Montana Graduate School hosted an informal meet-and-greet luncheon for past and current American Indian Sloan Scholars in the Montana University System. Attending the luncheon (beginning at the left side of the photo and moving up, and then down, thestairs) were Josh Marceau - Biomedical Science, PhD candidate, Martin Lorenzo, Environmental Engineering, M.S. candidate, Michael Powell - Exercise Science, M.S.candidate, Aislinn Heavy-Runner - Educational Leadership, PhD candidate, Kirsten Barnett - Anthropology, M.A.candidate, Jada Molton - Anthropology, M.A. candidate, Vernon Grant - Individualized Interdisciplinary Program, PhD candidate and Meredith Berthelson - Individualized Interdisciplinary Program, PhD candidate. The Graduate School plans to have another similar event in the fall for Montana University System Sloan scholars who are enrolled at UM, MSU and Montana Tech - UM.
