Dental Appointments
Dental appointments may be made in person, or by calling the dental clinic at 243-5445. We do our best to try to accommodate students’ class hours, however with the volume of patients that we see, this may not always be possible.
Patients needing dental treatment other than cleanings must first see the dentist for an examination and/or consultation appointment. Students who have recently been examined by a private dentist may have their records forwarded to the CHC Dental Clinic.
Because the Dental Clinic has a limited capacity, only one or two appointments may be made at a time. The appointment schedule becomes increasingly filled as the semester progresses. Consequently, students are encouraged to schedule appointments early in the semester.
Emergencies are given priority and time is usually reserved to ensure their treatment.
Students need to be sure to cancel any appointments that they are unable to attend. The dental clinic assesses a fee for any un-canceled missed scheduled appointments.
