Fitness Resources at UMCampus Recreation’s newly renovated facility offers an array of fitness opportunities ranging from strength and cardio equipment, to fitness classes, to basketball, volleyball, racquetball courts, to an indoor running track and climbing wall. There is something for everyone. Student who are registered for 7 or more credits have FREE access to the Rec center. Students taking 6 or fewer credits pay only $85 a semester.Campus Recreation General information Campus Rec offers personalized fitness assessments, personal training, and fitness consultations for a very reduced rate. This is a great opportunity to have a fitness program tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Nutrition Resources at UMDining Services provides nutrition counseling for students with a Registered Dietician. The topics can focus on areas such as wellness, weight loss, eating disorders, and medical conditions such as diabetes and high cholesterol.This service is provided FREE for students living on campus and at a reduced rate for students living off campus.
