Canceling/Missing Appointments
If you are not able to make your appointment, you need to cancel the appointment. Failing to do so will result in "No Show Fee" being billed to your student account.
You may cancel appointments by calling the specific department. Voice mail is available at all times so that you can leave a cancellation message. Please include your name, student ID number and time of appointment.
No Show Fee If you do not show up for your appointment and you do not cancel at least 12 hours in advance of the appointment, you will be charged a "No Show Fee" of $10 ($20 in dental clinic for appointments longer than 1 hour).
You may appeal the "No Show Fee" by requesting and completing an appeal form. These forms are available from the specific clinic where you had an appointment.
