CHARGE  

To serve as the voice of the faculty in matters of research and creative activities; to counsel, advise, and make proposals to the Vice President for Research and Development in developing policies regarding the promotion and development of research and sponsored program activities; and to solicit, review, and recommend funding of proposals prepared by faculty members and administrative units for the University Grant Program.
