For cancellations received up to one week before the course start date, you will receive a full refund. To cancel a course, please call Student Support Services, 406.243.6496.
Refunds are generally not provided for cancellations received after a course begins.
If a course is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
Please note The University of Montana requires a "Substitute W-9 Form" in order to process refunds for payments made by check. The "Substitute W-9" form requires your Social Security Number.
Parking permits are required to park on campus Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A one-day permit costs $3; a five-day permit costs $10. These permits are valid in regular, decal lots only. Permits are sold at the Office of Public Safety, Bookstore and Info Desk (The Source) located in the University Center.
Hourly pay stubs are available from the dispensers located in the pay lots. Pay stubs cost $1 per hour and are valid in the hourly pay lots only.
Parking permits are not required after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends, including reserved spaces.

Park-N-Ride allows students to park off-campus free of charge and ride a bus free of charge to campus. There are two Park-N-Ride locations:
Buses run every 10 minutes beginning at 7:25 a.m. at Lewis & Clark. They arrive on the "5" (:05, :15, :25 . . .) at Lewis & Clark and the University Center stops. Buses end at 7:05 p.m. at the University Center. See schedule below:
