Learn how to effectively use Google+ Local, mobile marketing, and online press releases, as well as how to manage your reputation online. Many essential elements of the online marketing toolkit are provided in this course.

In this class, you will learn how to:

  • Identify when a PPC campaign may be worth a portion of your marketing budget
  • Research and set up basic PPC campaigns in Facebook and Adwords
  • Write effective press releases and where to distribute them
  • Claim and set up a Google+ Local account and leverage it for additional online exposure
  • Utilize appropriate types of mobile marketing as appropriate for your business
  • Evaluate banner ads and their ability to impact your business

By the end of class, students will have learned to apply best practices to a number of highly effective online marketing and PR techniques. Students will also learn how to stay abreast of changes in this fast-evolving field so that their knowledge does not become outdated.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a certificate and an award of 1.2 CEUs.
