What does it take to be an effective leader? What qualities do great leaders share?
This non-credit course is designed to provide a practical understanding of leadership, the required skills necessary to become an effective leader, and an understanding of what constituents expect of their leaders. Participants will gain extensive practical knowledge of leadership concepts and skills through lecture and realistic practical exercises.
Karl has more than 30 years of management experience in the private, military, and public sectors. He has seen first-hand what works and knows the kinds of challenges that today’s leaders face. Karl has helped leaders develop throughout his career, and he brings practical and straight-forward tools to enhance leadership skills as a management advisor.
