This course is designed for managers who want to develop their work force while continuing to meet day-to-day workplace requirements. Practical coaching tools are explained and practiced so the manager is able to capitalize on coaching techniques immediately.
Enhancing Job Performance Through Coaching will begin with developing a basic understanding of the adult learning model. This model is then transferred to the coaching process. Steps and techniques are discussed and demonstrated. The crux of the course will be practical coaching exercises focusing on skill development initially and then job performance enhancement.
Topics to be covered:
Karl Jones has more than 30 years of management experience in the private, military, and public sectors. He has seen first-hand what works and knows the kinds of challenges that today's leaders face. Karl has helped leaders develop throughout his career, and he brings practical and straight-forward tools to enhance leadership skills as a management advisor.
