The Big Sky Pulmonary Conference is a continuing education conference for health professionals, which will highlight promising methods of preventing and managing respiratory illness and associated risk factors according to evidenced based guidelines. Sessions will be presented by physicians and other health professionals including experts in sleep medicine, pediatric and adult pulmonary care, and environmental health.
Objectives
At the completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify methods to promote respiratory health and improve care for pulmonary patients.
- Describe three evidenced based methods to optimize care for patients with pulmonary disease in order to improve their long term health outcomes and lower costs.
- Discuss emerging research in the field of pulmonary medicine and its implications to the future of medical practice.
