The Bitterroot College (BC) offers general education, applied, and developmental courses in the areas of Applied Computing & Electronics, Industrial Technology, Business Technology, Communications, English & Writing, Humanities, Math, Natural Science, and Social Science. For specific areas of concentration and courses taught at the BC visit College Degrees and Courses. Adjunct faculty positions open intermittently on a course by course basis.   • Accounting Procedures I (ACTG 101, 4 credits)
    • Basic double-entry accounting. Emphasis on analyzing, journalizing, and posting transactions; trial balance, worksheet, financial statements, and adjusting/closing procedures, accounting systems, and cash control. Accepted as a substitute for UM-COT degrees requiring ACTG 100 Essentials of Accounting.
  • Principles of Microeconomics (ECNS 201, 3 credits)
    • The nature of a market economy, economic decisions of the household and firm, competition and monopoly, value and price determination, distribution of income and applied microeconomic topics.
