The Gallagher Business building was built in 1996. It is a four level building that is located between Eddy and Connell Streets on the east side of Arthur Avenue.

Accessible Entrance:

Accessible entrances are located on both the east and west side of the building. The entrances are level and both are equipped with automatic door openers. There are elevators located approximately in the center of the building that provide access to all levels of the building.

Elevator:

Two elevators service all floor of the building. The elevators are located side by side in the center of building.

Fire Sprinklers:

Fully sprinkled

Areas of Rescue Assistance:

Areas of rescue assistance are located in the stairway landings on all floors. These areas provided communication systems.

Accessible Restrooms:

There are accessible restrooms located on all levels.

Parking:

Accessible parking is located inLot S, which is adjacent to the west entrance. Accessible spaces are also located on Maurice Avenue and Eddy Street.
